歴史 History

Sōmin lived in ⽔⼾, 常陸国 Mito, Hitachi kuni and moved to 江⼾, 武蔵国 Edo, Musashi kuni. He was employed in the early 19th century. Although he called himself the godai of 横谷 Yokoya family, he had no right to call themselves so.

His family name is 内田 Uchida, his personal name is 権之助 Gonnosuke. As nanori he used 宗珉 Sōmin and 宗與 Sōyo.
